我是社会新鲜人 wǒ shì shè huì xīn xiān rén (I am a society freshman)
我是社会新鲜人 (wǒ shì shè huì xīn xiān rén) means "I am a fresh graduate and just entered the work force."
社会 (shè hu) = Society
新鲜 (xīn xiān) = fresh
人 (rén) = man
新鲜人 (xīn xiān rén) = Freshman
If you only want to say "I am a fresh graduate," you can use another term "应届毕业生(yìng jiè bì yè shēng)"
应届毕业生 (yìng jiè bì yè shēng) = Fresh Graduate (graduate of this year)
应届 (yìng jiè) = this session / this term
毕业生 (bì yè shēng) = Graduate
