Today's idiom: 休息是为了走更长的路 Taking a Rest before continuing your journey



休息是为了走更长的路 xiū xí shì wèi le zǒu gèng cháng de lù 





This is a very common idiom in Chinese.
It means before you continue your long journey~ you have to take a rest.
